Dr. Tabatha [00:00:00]:
We gotta jump in. We got so much to cover today. Oh my gosh, I'm really pumped. Today we're gonna talk about renewing your mind, but I promised I would talk about fasting a little bit, so we'll jump into that. And I wanna talk about mindset today. It's super important. And I was walking last night and I was thinking about the word loss. I was listening to a sermon about losing things and how loss is really a sad thing.

Dr. Tabatha [00:00:27]:
And we go through a grieving process, like the six stages of grie. Of like anger and depression and denial. And it's like loss is a bad word. In our minds, in our subconscious, we don't want to lose something. It feels scary, it feels sad, it feels like we're giving up a part of us. But we use that word when it comes to our weight. We always want to lose weight. And so I had this epiphany last night.

Dr. Tabatha [00:00:56]:
I wonder, is weight loss the word that we're using? Loss, preventing our subconscious from releasing some of our weight? Is it really scaring us to make those changes and step into those actions? Because our subconscious is thinking that we're losing something if we actually do these things. So I was like, wow, how cool would it be if we just changed the language? Because neuro linguistic programming is so powerful and if we just started saying, I'm going to release this weight or I've released £20, or I have let go of £20. Not that you've lost it. It's not a sad thing. Like when I got this download last night from God, I was like, yes, that makes so much sense. Because how our mind is thinking of things is how our subconscious is either going to allow us to move toward that, afford to, you know, shrink and run away from that. And so it might be that when we say we want to lose weight, it just causes confusion. And the other clarity I had was confusion causes inflammation because confusion creates stress internally.

Dr. Tabatha [00:02:22]:
So when our mind is confused and can't make a decision and move forward, forward on something, the cortisol starts pumping, the adrenaline starts pumping and all of that confusion creates stress and that stress creates inflammation and disease. And so that is literally the vicious cycle that we are staying in. So how incredible would it be like to just have some mindset shifts like, oh, the words I'm using in my mind actually make a difference? Woo. Like, I had to share that because like that got downloaded to me last night while walking my dog and I was, it was like a slap in the face to me because I realize how powerful the mind really is, but I'm still learning all the time, you guys, and so I just felt called to share that with you. So let's quickly talk about fasting. We don't have time to get into the depths of it. This is the foundation for Fast to faith for the 40 day program, the book and now the Coaching Academy. It's based around this idea of progressive fasting.

Dr. Tabatha [00:03:35]:
So as I explained, many of us have lost our metabolic flexibility. We don't have the ease with which to go from being a sugar burner to being a fat burner and back and forth. When you have that ease, that flexibility, your weight stays stable no matter, like what food choices you make and you get really back in tune with what your body needs to eat. And so that's what we teach women is the way to regain your metabolic flexibility. And it has to do with how you approach fasting. You know, I get a lot of women from Jen Stevens, Love her to Death and other fasting experts, and sometimes they get great results and then they stall out. So for women, it's really important to remind your body how to burn fat for fuel before you try and go into a fasting mode and burn your own fat for fuel. So you want to eat fat, you want to eat more of a ketogenic diet.

Dr. Tabatha [00:04:39]:
And that is what the 2, 10, 20, 30 meal is based on in my fasting programs. So somebody asked yesterday, why is the protein count so low in this meal plan? And as I alluded to, you cannot lose weight if you're eating too much protein and not utilizing it effectively. So if you're working out in the gym for two hours, you probably will use all that protein and still be able to lose weight. But if you are in a state of needing to, let's change our language, release that weight or let go of that excess weight, then I think the best way to do it is to get into ketosis, not eat too many excess grams of protein or carbohydrates. And once you get into the weight that you're more comfortable at, that you feel good at, then we transition you to a higher protein diet. And sometimes it's even good to cycle the amount of protein the way that we teach you to cycle carbohydrates. So I don't love any one diet. I don't think there's any one way to eat and live.

Dr. Tabatha [00:05:53]:
So this progressive fast is like getting you into ketosis, reminding how to burn your fat for fuel, breaking up with sugar and snacks, only eating three Meals a day that are more ketogenic. And once your body knows how to burn fat for fuel, then you can take the food away and it will burn your own fat that you have stored. The fat in your fatty liver, the fat around your hips, the fat around your belly, all that stuff. You have to do the feast, famine, carb cycle. You have to have higher carbohydrate days after you say do a dinner to dinner fast so that your thyroid doesn't think you're starving, because your thyroid will respond to your diet and turn down its production of thyroid hormone. It will turn down your metabolic use of your energy stores. So that's key. And we teach all of that in the program.

Dr. Tabatha [00:06:48]:
It's really important for you to understand that. And then you can progress into a dinner to dinner or a three day water fast if you really want autophagy and healing and all the powerful things that fasting can do to heal your body and go around and get rid of all those broken DNA and precancerous cancerous cells. People heal from cancer just with fasting protocols. It's like that powerful, you guys. So I really want you to dive into that more if haven't. But that is the foundation. Like, you got to get into a little bit of ketosis. You got to break up with sugar and snacks and we, we have all those resources in the app and then you have to play around with your macros a little bit.

Dr. Tabatha [00:07:31]:
So I hope that helps. I do want to have Amanda Jones come up and talk because she's been like, so consistently showing up for herself. Like, she just blows me away with how awesome she is. And she came to me because she needed to heal her gut. She really couldn't fast very well. She was struggling to feel good. And she's like so young. And you would think she's vibrant and healthy, but, you know, looking at her, you don't know.

Dr. Tabatha [00:08:04]:
You don't always know what people are dealing with just by looking at them. So we have to set our judgments aside. When I look at Amanda, she looks beautiful and healthy to me. But you, you wouldn't know she was struggling. And I just want her to come and share really quickly, like how healing her gut was the game changer. Because now, you guys, Amanda has signed up to become a certified fast to faith coach. And I would have never guessed that when I met her. Like, that was not what I had envisioned.

Dr. Tabatha [00:08:39]:
But God doesn't always show us everything, right? So I just want her to share a little bit about bats.

Amanda Jones [00:08:46]:
So, yeah, I mean, I came to you. Gosh, it's been a little over two years ago now. I was just a mess. Like, I was. Had profound fatigue and I couldn't, you know, I was. My guts were a mess. Like, I was one of those people who, I thought, like, it was normal if I only pooped twice a week. Like, yeah, okay.

Amanda Jones [00:09:07]:
Because it was just how I always, always had been. I was, you know, sure, I'm regular, like, twice a week. That was normal for me. And just so much bloating and fatigue to where I could sleep a whole, you know, eight or nine hours. And I would wake up, and two hours after I woke up, I would be so exhausted that I just would want to be, like, I just was almost in tears. My body was just like, it felt like it was just failing me in so many areas. Like, I've always been a relatively active person. But I started working with Tabitha and Ashley and Morgan and did all the things, the food sensitivities and the gut tests and all of the things.

Amanda Jones [00:09:52]:
And I, you know, did the elimination diets. And I'm telling you, when I started, I thought, oh my gosh, how am I ever going to give up gluten and dairy? And, you know, because I love cheese and like, I was the person that had eggs and toast for breakfast every day. And like, I was just like, I just don't. Okay, I can do this for three months and then I'll be able to add it back in. Like, that's what I. That's what I thought. And now here I am two years later, and I don't ever want to add gluten back into my diet. Like, I had one time about a year ago where I was like, I'm sure it'll be okay.

Amanda Jones [00:10:28]:
And it was not okay. Like, I can just tell that my gut is so much better without those things irritating it, inflaming it. Then a year and a half ago, I start. I went through the fast to faith 40 day program, and that's when I really started to harness the fasting. Doing the 16, 8. And I thought it was going to be difficult. And now it's like nothing. And I made it through the 24 hour fast.

Amanda Jones [00:10:56]:
I made it through the 72 hour water fast. I thought, there's no way, you know, but God, just like, I wasn't even hungry during that 72 hour fast. It was phenomenal. And the biggest thing that I got out of it, other than, I mean, I dropped 10 pounds during that 40 days. I was eating so much healthier and my everything was working better, but I also developed just a deeper relationship with God. And I really developed my daily habit of devotions and spending time with him. And just the lectio divina that it provided was, was so amazing for me that I had never had that regular daily time with him before consistently. And that program is what really did it for me.

Amanda Jones [00:11:47]:
And even now, here, a year and a half later, I still have that consistent daily time with God. And I, I know it's because I went through that 40 day program. It was life changing for me in that regard. So I have a history in health care, but I was burned out from the traditional system. But I knew I wanted to do something. And in the last year or so I've really, especially with working with Tabitha, felt like I've wanted to do something to help women and help like in the functional space and coaching and that sort of thing. And I was starting to look around at like coaching programs and looked at a couple and I was like, okay. And I was thinking about taking the leap that way.

Amanda Jones [00:12:28]:
And then the fast to faith coaching came up and I just thought what an amazing way to incorporate my faith into being able to help women heal and implement healthier living. And so I just really felt like it was a God thing. And so I'm super excited because it's something that I've been thinking about, praying about, looking for and it just. Here it is. And so I'm so excited to get started with that. And I just want to say thank you to you and your team because I know you guys have put like crazy amounts of work in it and you've really just like followed your, your heart on it and followed what you feel like God is leading you to. And you have done amazing things that you don't even know. So I just want to say thank you.

Amanda Jones [00:13:15]:
And if anybody's on this call and you're contemplating either the 40 day program or the coaching academy, like, I would just say follow what you feel like God is leading you to do. You won't regret it.

Dr. Tabatha [00:13:30]:
Oh, thank you. It fills my heart to see you step into your greatness. Like to see you pay it forward, to see how you've, you know, work through all of your health issues. And you're like, yeah, I'm gonna help other women now. Like, that is so powerful and so incredible. And it just, it gives me goosebumps. Seriously, like, I just want to lift you up. And all the other women who have already like, decided this is what they're gonna do.

Dr. Tabatha [00:14:01]:
It is so beautiful. And I. I just will be fully transparent. I had no idea this was how fast the faith was gonna go when God first laid it on me and had me make that journal and then make the program and then write the book. Like, he literally just keeps showing me the next step, and I don't get to see any kind of outcomes. I don't get to see the actual path. I just get to see the next step. And I keep choosing to show up in obedience and do what he's calling me to do.

Dr. Tabatha [00:14:38]:
And he just keeps giving me the team, the women to make it happen, which, like, blows my mind completely. The women on my team, they are living their calling. Like, this is not a job for them. They are not here for the paycheck. Down to our social media person, our graphics designer, our copywriter, our website tech woman. Like, these women want to help other women, and they want to make the world a better place. I'm like, oh, my gosh, God, you just keep bringing me the team. It's so powerful.

Dr. Tabatha [00:15:14]:
So be careful when you. You bring God in and you start saying, yeah, I want to do what you're calling me to do, because, like, buckle up. He will really make it happen. He will give you the resources that you need. He will always provide. We've had some close calls, like, how we going to pay the bills tomorrow? And we've just decided, like, God never lets us go hungry unless we're fasting on purpose, right? Like, it really is so profound when you let God start taking control and be in the driver's seat. How content you can feel and how much joy that you can have. And I will tell you, this took me really renewing my mind.

Dr. Tabatha [00:16:01]:
So I talk about the four Rs, where you have to recognize what is actually being said in your mind because there are all kinds of lies on repeat. It's like a broken record or something that's just on replay and you don't even pay attention to it. A lot of the time, you don't even know it's being said until you really get still and start listening and you're like, oh, my gosh. I've told myself I'm fat and ugly and have no business putting those pants on. I told myself for 20 years that I couldn't wear yoga pants because I didn't look good in them. And I have had to literally reprogram my mind around yoga pants, you guys. It's been. It's so stupid now that I say it, but that was such a problem for Me.

Dr. Tabatha [00:16:53]:
And here I am now. I wear yoga pants to Pilates. And some days I'm really feeling shame in how I look in them. And I have to like, reprogram my mind yet again. So it's not a one and done thing, but it's something that you can get really good at noticing quicker and recognizing the lies and the patterns and disrupting them and reprogramming with truths and reprogramming your mind with what actually matters. Who cares how I look in my yoga pants? Are we serious right now? I am not, you know, 15 years old trying to get my first boyfriend. Like, come on. But those patterns get stuck because our brain is wired that way, so we have to rewire and reprogram them.

Dr. Tabatha [00:17:43]:
And a big piece of that is reading scripture and then repeating it. And that's why lectio divina is so powerful and transformative. You guys. I used to do these fasting programs online for women for years, and women would have results. They would lose their 10 or 15 pounds, they would feel great, and then, see you later. I talked to them a year later and they gained all the weight back and they're back to living their old life and their old habits because we didn't transform their mind and how they approached life and how they handled life. And so it wasn't until God really told me, you have to nourish their soul. You have to infuse my strength in there with faith.

Dr. Tabatha [00:18:28]:
You have to read scripture and get it in your brain. Because if you start repeating scripture in your head, those truths, they will overpower all of the lies that are in your head. Like, there are so, like endless scriptures saying how worthy you are, how you are chosen, how God is going to bring you through any fire stronger and better than you were, how you completely deserve to live a joy filled, abundant life. Life, like all of these things can be on repeat in your subconscious if you reprogram it with it. So it becomes like the most powerful tool. So between scripture and fasting, like, you have the tools to be the woman of your dreams. You have the tools to be your best next version of yourself. So I really invite you to just think about the fact that, you know, here it is October.

Dr. Tabatha [00:19:32]:
Like literally it was January yesterday. We all had our res, New Year's resolutions, plans, and we're right back where we started. Not many of us kept our promises to ourselves or made the changes that we wanted to make. And so I'm inviting you to consider a new possibility. Like, maybe if I do start to change what's playing in my head. Maybe I could start to, like, have a different life and a different outcome. And I want Ashley to quickly share her story, because Ashley was my patient when I was an OB gyn, when I delivered babies and slept, like, four hours a week and barely functioned, and she was overweight. She was not doing well at all.

Dr. Tabatha [00:20:21]:
And to see her life right now, like, she used to, you know, teach and be an administrator and hater job, and now you're, like, doing the Lord's work, and you're so filled with joy and you're so healthy, like, you blow my mind. So I just want you to share because it might be something that you say today that triggers them to be like, oh, my gosh, that I can do. I can totally do that.

ashlee [00:20:50]:
So I am, like, super emotional today.

Dr. Tabatha [00:20:53]:
And I don't know why.

Ashley [00:20:54]:
So I apologize. I do not, not. I cannot figure it out. Here's what I want to say. I want you guys to know that I have probably been where you are. You can see my life today, but it has not always been like this, and it has been a journey. And the fact that he chose me to train you ladies to be in charge of this with Tabitha is just.

Dr. Tabatha [00:21:18]:
It's.

Ashley [00:21:19]:
It's truly overwhelming. As you can tell, I have literally been, like, praying all morning, like, okay, God, just tell me what to say. And so I think that's it. I think you guys just need to know that I have been where you are. And it is hard. It is. It is still hard. It's still hard every single day.

Ashley [00:21:37]:
And I just simply know that when you change your mindset and when you really put God at the center, yeah, the enemy is going to continue to come at you, but he is going to equip you with women in your life to support you, and he is going to surround you with so many amazing things. And that's exactly what I'm seeing and what I'm experiencing. It is just truly an overwhelming sense of everything. It just really is all coming together. And it has. Like, Tabitha said she was my OB GYN when Hayes was born 13 years ago. And who knew 13 years ago that her and I would be at home leading this call with you ladies? But God had a plan all along. And every single time we step out in something, he's like, but here's more.

Ashley [00:22:26]:
I need you to do this, and I need you to do that. And we've just continued to have faith, and he's just continued to provide, and it's been incredible, but it has all been mindset work for both of us. And it's, it's continued mindset work and surrounding ourselves with a community of women. I am so pumped up for these women that are in this founding group already because most of them were patients and I worked with them one on one. So I feel like we already were in each other's lives. And so I'm, I'm just excited to add more women and the women that are just continuing to come, I just, I really am excited. So no matter what capacity you join our sisterhood, you can stay in the chat forever for free. I'm just excited that you're here.

Ashley [00:23:06]:
So thank you for trusting us and showing up for yourself, because showing up for yourself today is huge.

Dr. Tabatha [00:23:11]:
Thank you. It's because we're stepping out in faith and we're doing things that are out of our comfort zone, but we're doing it together. And that's the important part because I tried to do things alone for a long time that were hard and man, it just, it was so hard. I don't think it's possible to heal on your own. I think you do need a team. You need people rooting for you and redirecting you because like one of my mentors says, you can't see the picture when you're in the frame, when you are stuck. And you know you need to heal, you know you need to do things differently. You can't see it because you're in it.

Dr. Tabatha [00:23:58]:
And so that's why we need women around us to help us through this. So the next step God showed me. Just this past summer, he introduced me to my new mentor, Cynthia Garcia. And she said to me, you are sitting on the most powerful movement that I've seen in a long, long time. And I had no idea what she was talking about. I was like, what are you talking about, woman? And she is not of faith, but God is using her because she said, you need to teach women what you're trying to help women do. You're only one person. You're telling me you want to help a million women, you need to multiply yourself.

Dr. Tabatha [00:24:44]:
You need to help them help others. And she said, I, I've created multiple coaching programs. I run a nutrition school in California. Like, this is easy, this is a no brainer. And it took a minute, but what I realized was God was bringing her into my life and using a non believer to do more of his work. And so I didn't really have a choice. I was like, okay, we gotta do this, but I'm Telling you, like, it's been so incredible because now we're gonna certify women to be fast to faith coaches. And this is so much more than any training course, okay? Like, we've laid the program out to be done in seven weeks with live weekly calls with me teaching you modules, classes in the program, and you get to learn all the functional medicine principles that I went on to study through the Cleveland Clinic, like the gut, the adrenals, the thyroid, the toxins, the sex hormones, the immune system, all of that stuff.

Dr. Tabatha [00:25:51]:
But God's called me to like, teach you how the mind and body and soul need to work together to have that harmony, because that is a huge missing piece for so many of you. And I teach you how to find your identity in Christ. Because coaching is. If you go look at coaching programs, a lot of times they're just like, let's set some goals and let's check in on you and see how you're doing with those goals every few weeks. That's not enough. Because if you don't reprogram your mind with your Christ centered identity, you will not shift. You will lose your momentum and your willpower as soon as the cookie is offered. Like, that is the truth.

Dr. Tabatha [00:26:37]:
So you have to create a Christ centered identity and step into that belief. Because once you know not only who you are, like, you're more than a mother, you're more than a nurse at the hospital, you're more than a teacher if you know whose you are, you are a child of the most high God. You were called to do work on this earth. And you start to step into that, like, it is so powerful. And that is why I actually cannot talk, because she's being obedient and she's stepping into that. And the cool thing is, like, you become immovable, you become unstoppable. Like, I now see the enemy. These games.

Dr. Tabatha [00:27:25]:
And yeah, they distract me for a minute. Yeah, they make me angry, but it doesn't derail me for weeks or months on end like it used to. It used to just, like, send me into a spiral. And then I wouldn't work out for three months. And then I was just like, I don't even care. Let's eat ice cream every night. And now when I get derailed, it might be a couple hours or having a conversation with one of these women and they're like, wait a second, that's a distraction. You got stuff to do.

Dr. Tabatha [00:27:57]:
You need to get back into work. And that power, that, that immovable, like, strength being so rooted in the truth of who you are and whose you are is so exciting and so powerful. I mean, watching Ashley give up her job, you know, running this school and me giving up my job, you guys, I was poor. I come from people who had no health insurance. I had to be on Medicaid and food stamps. I gave up a salary of 250,000 doll thousand dollars a year with a 401k and a pension plan and all the things and all the accolades because God called me to do it. And I didn't know how he was going to pay my bills. But I never.

Dr. Tabatha [00:28:46]:
Okay, I take that back. I worried, but I kept going even when I was totally afraid. Because deep down I did know he wasn't going to leave me or forsake me. He wasn't going to make me homeless or not provide for me. That's not what the Bible says. The Bible says he will provide and then he will multiply and then he will bless you. And so I just kept believing and it has been so worth it. So I invite you to ask yourself, like, where are you not believing in God's plans for you? Where are you holding on to that control? And it's probably affecting your health? So I really want to share a couple more things with you because I'm really excited and really proud.

Dr. Tabatha [00:29:35]:
Here's the deal. We not only decided that we needed to teach women all the functional medicine stuff, we realized you need a business in a box. You need to be able to just turn key, start a new situation. So many of you don't love your jobs and you want a side gig or you already have an extra job that you don't love or you want to change your career altogether. Like, we have created an opportunity that you can do all of that, any of that, none of that. I know it's not easy to think, like I can go out and coach people when you're still feeling like you're struggling with health issues, you're feeling like maybe you're not ready, all of that stuff. But here's the cool thing. When you start taking care of yourself and you know people are watching or relying on you, you will continue to show up for yourself and you will hold yourself accountable and you'll have that, that praise and that responsibility.

Dr. Tabatha [00:30:44]:
And so it's a win win because you shift and you get healthy as you're helping others. When I scroll through social media, sometimes the people with the most followings are the people who are being their authentic, vulnerable self. Like, I need to lose 50 pounds and here's my journey, people resonate with that. People want to see unperfect people like themselves going through the struggle every single day, showing up for themselves and teaching them how to do the same. Nobody wants perfect. Perfect isn't even possible. Jesus was the only perfect human, right? So do not think that you need to, to be healed and perfect and have it all figured out before you step into what God is asking you to do, to influence others and to help others. If Ashley would have waited for that, she never would have became.

Dr. Tabatha [00:31:46]:
She was a beachbody coach before this, and she did it while she was still carrying extra weight, while she was still struggling and in pain and tired. But she showed up consistently every day, and people thought that was so beautiful. And they started following her and they're like, coach me, help me, let me do this. And that's the cool thing, is you don't have to wait to be perfect, okay? And I think that's the best part. But some people say the other best part of what we've put together is the fact that you get me as your mentor for an entire year. We do coaching calls with me for an entire year. So even though the program is seven weeks, you can take six months if you want to do it. You get me for a year.

Dr. Tabatha [00:32:39]:
So you learn the stuff, you start implementing it on yourself. Hey, you want to start helping other people, you can. And then I am there to help you troubleshoot and navigate and clarify and implement and do all the things for an entire year. Like, that's incredible to me. I have had many mentors, and the reason that I have invested with them is because I knew that they were going to be there for me for that entire year. I knew that I could text them, rely on them, show up at the calls and get my questions answered and have someone cheering me on. So it's really, to me, like, makes this program invaluable because this is what I've heard for like five years now. Teach me what you know, how do I learn what you know? Where can I go? Can you be my mentor? And I finally figured it out because I'm a busy person and I was like, how am I going to make all this happen? But this makes the most sense to me because I want to help a million women.

Dr. Tabatha [00:33:45]:
And so if I teach you what I know, you can go out and help women. It's like this multiplication, no brainer situation. So good. So I know the money. Somebody said financially that I can't do this. This doesn't make sense. Let me please tell you that the business in a box setup is so easy and streamlined that you can make. Make your money back, your investment back in like six weeks.

Dr. Tabatha [00:34:16]:
So I know we can't get into all the details right now, but it is so easy. You could run one group session coaching people and make your investment back that quickly. But I want you to have a conversation with him. I want you to get some good discernment on this and really ask yourself, like, what is it that I need? And here's the cool thing. When you start realizing what you need and asking God to move the mountains, he absolutely will. So I just want to tell you that I don't know if you know who Lisa Nichols is. If you don't, you absolutely need to look her up on YouTube. She's one of the most incredible motivational speakers of our time.

Dr. Tabatha [00:35:11]:
Like, if Martin Luther King was alive, he would be like, wow, Lisa, you're amazing. She just stands for humanity. She knows how to really let your soul speak. And I met her a few years ago at one of my mentors house, and she taught me how to do a little bit of speaker training for a couple days. And it was really exciting. And God was telling me, you have to work with this woman for the next year. And when she told me it was going to be $65,000, I nearly fell to the floor. I was like, I can't do that.

Dr. Tabatha [00:35:48]:
But then I looked at my mentor and I was like, I need to do this. How do I move this mountain? And she said, if you want it bad enough, you will. And when you make that decision, and this comes back to how I started the call, and you stop being confused in your mind because you've made a decision, your brain goes to work and looks for the solutions. That is how I started my supplement line, you guys, because I needed a way to pay for that coaching program with Lisa Nichols. And my brain would have never thought of that solution had I not made a decision that that's what I wanted and that's what I was going to figure out. That is the power of your mind and having clarity and having confidence to move forward with your decisions. And the only reason I had that confidence was because I knew God had got me. God put me in that room for a reason, and I didn't need to fear and be afraid and worried.

Dr. Tabatha [00:36:52]:
I was like, he's going to help me figure it out. So I have to give you this offer. It is so powerful and so good. Like, it doesn't even make sense not to do it at so Easy, like what? I'm going to heal myself. The whole program is worth the investment. And I get to turn around and have a business if I want and make back my investment in six weeks and go on to make six figures if I want in the future. Like literally there's no end to this. I have to offer that to you and it's you, you get to do it.

Dr. Tabatha [00:37:24]:
Fit what you like. But the cool part is, is I want to just give you this opportunity to believe bigger. I want to expand your mind for your current life situation. Because it breaks my heart literally every single day to sit with patients and listen to them tell me how their job is killing them, how they are miserable in their marriages, how they are estranged from their children. Like, these things break my heart and they don't have to be that way. But I can only see so many people, like, I can't do this alone. And if you are one of these people that are feeling this way, like, you don't have to be like that. I promise you.

Dr. Tabatha [00:38:13]:
I hated my life. I hated my job. And here's the kicker, you guys. I asked God for that life. I prayed and worked my butt off for that life as an obgyn that was killing me that I hated so much. So you gotta be careful what you ask for and pray for. And then you also have to realize that you have a lot of power. So I got myself there and I was gonna figure out how to get myself out with God's help.

Dr. Tabatha [00:38:42]:
So I want you to just. If you don't take anything else away this week, I want you to take away the fact that you have the ability to call on God to walk with you in every part of your journey. That fasting is the quickest way to clarity and healing. That the Bible is the truth for your life. And that your only limitations are the limitations in your mind. So that is what I want you to take away from this week. So can I get an amen on that? Because I've been praying hard for you ladies and I really want you to know how special you are and how much power you have. We have been so brainwashed into thinking we're not good enough, that we're not capable.

Dr. Tabatha [00:39:37]:
Like I have a 13 year old daughter and a 32 year old daughter. But I watched the 13 year olds and there's a few who step out and they shine and they feel confident and they do their thing, especially in sports and things like that, or drama and different activities. And then you can see the ones that are already being defeated at 10 and 12 and 13 years old. They're already thinking they're fat and unworthy and not good enough and not smart enough. And, like, I know that was me. I know a lot of you had that same thing. And, like, we have to break up with all of those lies. We have to release that and tell that little girl, I'm sorry you went through that.

Dr. Tabatha [00:40:26]:
But those lies no longer serve me. You have to break up with that. Like, you literally do. And I couldn't show up for my daughters and my son and my grandson the way I do if I hadn't gone through this work that I'm sharing with you, that I'm teaching you. It is so powerful. I used to swear like a sailor. And so I would drop the F bomb right there. I would be like.

Dr. Tabatha [00:40:53]:
And Ashley was like, girl, you can't be doing that. And so I changed it to effing, and now we're calling it faithing. Like, I'm so faithing about this. Like, I figured out how not to swear anymore, but I'm just so passionate about this. Like, I am pouring my heart and my soul and my life in to you ladies, because I believe in you. And I believe that we're better as a community because that's what the Bible tells us. That's what Jesus taught us. And selfishly, I'm being obedient to God.

Dr. Tabatha [00:41:29]:
Like, I had to surrender to him because when I tried to do my life on my own, it was a hot mess. And we're not going to leave anybody behind, you know, like, you guys, Christian music is the best. I just really dove into that this year, and it's been filling my heart. But, like, there's songs about how Jesus will leave the 99 to go rescue the one that wandered off. Like, that's how we are. We do not let you stray. We search you out. We find you because we are committed to your success as a team.

Dr. Tabatha [00:42:02]:
And so we work with you. We make it happen. So don't feel like this is some do it yourself course or you're going to be off on your own. Like, we are holding your hand through all of this, literally. And that is why the women continue who've worked with us. They just continue to show up and stay with us and do what's next because they know. They feel the love. Please email supportastofaith.com if you have questions, if you're being pulled to consider this program.

Dr. Tabatha [00:42:39]:
Like, we want to talk you through it. We don't want you to make a decision that you're not comfortable with. But we also don't want you to not do something based out of fear or confusion or just not knowing. So we would rather give you all the information so that you can make a truly informed decision with God. I really hope I see you in the coaching program. I just want to pour into you and teach you and coach you and speak life into you and pray over you. Like, I want you in there with me. Oh, it would be so good.

Dr. Tabatha [00:43:18]:
I love you, ladies. Bye.
